This is one of the premier events in Albuquerque--a chance to see six estate-sized private gardens. They include: a very contemporary house & garden; a traditional hacienda style; a forester’s forest garden; a habitat garden for wildlife; a garden built around courtyards and views; and a charming garden in a natural setting.
Musicians Featured in the Gardens---for the past few years,
the Parade of Gardens has been fortunate to add
the ambiance of music to the glory of amazing gardens.
These musicians graciously bring a special touch to nature’s visual vibrance.
The Albuquerque Worldwinds Quintet ~~ is a delightful ensemble of woodwind instruments… flute, oboe, English & French horn, bassoon and clarinet. The group plays world music, some contemporary and some classical. Several members of the quintet are current members of the Albuquerque Philharmonic Orchestra.

No Strings Attached Bluegrass Band~~ despite their name, this band is a gathering of string instruments….banjo, mandolin, fiddle, bass and guitar….featuring traditional bluegrass played by a group of friends who bring life to toe-tapping melodies and soul-tugging tunes.
